I was praying it wasn't true...ordered Nov 16th, money taken out immediately. Now their Facebook is gone and can't get anyone to call me back. $240 thrown out the window. Worst senerio ever with 3 kids right before Christmas. If anyone has figured out how to get a refund please let me know!!
