Complaint Review: John Belmonte - central islip New York

This so called law guardian John Belmonte, who works at the family court in Suffolk County NY., has lied to the judge about his findings in our case where 2 little children's life's are at stake. In 2006 the first "false allegations" case the Ex filed claiming I ducked taped my children to the walls furniture doors ceilings all this from a mother who stated in court "children don't need threir father, I wish he would just go away"  That case has been dismissed by Jdg Budd of Suffolk Family Court , "the mothers testimony was not creditible"  case dismissed!  The judge and this law guardian saw that the ex was using our children to lie for her to get me in trouble and till this day the ex has filed over 25 reports with cps another smart bunch....who are more then happy  to help her because I bet them in that case proved the caseworker Sheryn Byron lied on the stand she was trying to cover up and favor the mother!!! 

All reports come back "unfounded" no credible evidance found.  But yet they help her and take her false reports,, how much is she paying CPS to side with her false reporting is a crime and she's abusing the system for 5 years. The mother Melissa Leonard has been diagnosed with multiple mental disorders including bi-bolar disorder , major dipressive disorder, Diagnosed by a Court appointed Forensic Psychologist who testified to that exact fact and strongly suggested to keep our children away from Dolores Porco Leonard because of her extreme haterid for me the children's father, and  men in general. Dolores Porco Leonard and the mother even forsed my son to lie in school that his father was dead, and his really a girl name Roxanne  the schools conslr Michalle Grant who I spoke with that day and she told my son she spoke with me it's not true that his dead...showed my son his birth-cert and dispite he told it was fake .... later told it was his mother and dolores who made hih say those horrible thing about his father.

The trial judge Tolbert of westchester supreme court disregarted-ignored these disturbing "facts" and overruled himself after granting me sole custody...and with out any reason gave custody to this mother(mentally ill mother that is) I told all this to John Belmonte the so called lwa guardian who's job is to be see what is in the best interest of the children!!! He's comment was "so what if she does"  and he's the childrens lawyer yeah right,  clear as day not this law guardian seems the ex has him on her payroll... so how can this law guardian turn around on his original statements that he saw the children were put up to lie and the mother and the maternal grandmother were the only ones around my children!!!

The last few times in court I saw how cossy the ex was with John Belmonte giggiling smiling ear to ear even gave him a hug after court my lawyer and I were there he saw part of it.

The mother is screwing the schrink Dr Martin Diner in Sag HArbor who she's brings our children to dispite my wishes the children hate him the mother and dolores makes them lie about me Dr Diner takes their mother out cames over their house for dinner tell my children to lie to me records my phone calls while my children call me from his office takes them shopping to the village ice cream shop..... seems that this basterd Dr Diner has the classic traits of a child molester.

the children are NOT the ones that need help it's the mother herself who needs help as stated by the forensic psychologist Dr Lobel who lied and covered up the mothers mental issues to the judge as well but was caught!

My son 11 yrs old  235lb now or more gained over 100lbs because his mother failes to take care of him and feeds him crap fast food and sweets by box full as it was seen by one caseworker who saw my son eating a whole box of candy while the mother was talking with the caseworker the law guardian knows it he said it him self in court but now is taking the mothers side maybe because he has personal interest in her who knows and who cares, all i know is my children have been turned against me!!!
