On December 6, 2013, the Enforcement and Complaince Division of the Arizona Department of Real Estate, 2910 N 44th Street, Floor 1, Suite 100, Phoenix, Arizona 85018, filed File No. 14F-D1-127 Cease and Desist Order and Notice of Right to Request Hearing against John Francis Ray, an unlicensed individual and Arizona Investors Alliance, LLC, an unlicensed entity. John Ray and AIA (Arizona Investors Alliance) are conducting real estate services for compensation in Arizona without a real estate broker's license.
