I Margaret R. Feburary 14, 2006 paid John Webster $7500.00 to help a person ,Whom we the three victims felt received to much sentence for the time he received. I have a open ended contract with Mr. John Webster. He will take away all your hope with his promises to do nothing that he say. He takes your money happyly. He will talk to you for the first month. Than he will not return your calls nor will he answer his phone. He does not know what the truth is. Now he had moved to Nashville, Tennessee. I wonder why he has moved? My answer , is the does not want to be found. I can get in touch with him when I block my number. Which cost me more money. I will fax the same papers two or three times . The last time I was in touch with John Webster He was going to send me the commutation paper for me to go over. I have not seen any thing . That was eight days ago. When we first started on this back in 2006 I got in touch with the victims other than myself and got them to send letters, and information to John Webster. I had them to call John Webster. I even went to the young man who was also involve and asked him to call John Webster. He did and know one answered the phone. I tried to give the young man in prison some hope , only to be taken away by John Webster who only takes the money you could use to help this young man in another way if you had the money. John Webster will not get a prisoner moved, I was told that, I asked him to get me in to visit, he want do that , The only thing he does is take your money and for the first month talk to you to build your hope up and he is gone.

I am still trying to get in touch with John Webster National prison and sentencing consultant. I call, I email, I had another person who was in Tennesee to go pick up my transcripts . No John Webster. I paid for those transcripts. I want my money back ,and I know this is illegal what he is doing to other people. How can we as victims of John Webster get our money back? How can he legally take our money, Give the person in prison hope, and than he is gone. How does he keep posting places he is doing business? Who has he helped? I just want my money back so I can help the person in prison. He has waited for three years, wrote letters, told about his treatment, no response. I asked for a transfer for Billy, no response. That was one call he did answer and did not hear again for another six months. I am trying to help a peron whom we are the victims of . Three grand larceny, two breaking and entering. He has been in prison twelve years. Now I have become a victims of another person John Webster National prison and sentencing consultant. So have a lot of other people. Is he in prison? What is his sentence? What is the difference? Some get caught . Some don't.

Hi Sue, I know exactly how you feel. I also filed a report on John Webster and his NPSC organisation. Mr. John Webster took my money, made me all kinds of promises, and as you said after a month you cannot get hold of him anymore. I think he blocks your number or something. I called every day for two solid weeks. Left messages. No reply. Sent daily emails. No reply. He simply avoids you. He was supposed to help my brother get transferred to a federal prison closer to home and also help us to prove his innocence and contest the rules for supervised release as unconstitutional. He has done none of these things and I am just out my money. I would be happy if he would refund just half of my money. But there's no chance of that. I intend to tell everyone I meet (including those online) to avoid this company like the plague. I am member of Fedcure, Prisontalk, FAMM, and many more online organisations that might get flim flammed by John Webster. I will hopefully stop them before they lose their money for nothing. I am glad you posted this. I also have a Rip Off report filed. All we can do now is try to make sure as many people as possible know about him. We might not get our money back but we can make sure he gets no more money! Jonathan Black Smithville, WV

Hi Joe, John Webster was a lawyer, now a sentencing consultant. He was going to apply for a commutation. I wanted to get this young man moved. He promises and that is it.

SOUNDS LIKE TO ME THIS GUY MIGHT BE PRACTICING LAW WITHOUT A LICENSE. I AM NOT SURE WHAT IT IS HE IS SUPPOSED TO DO BUT IF HE WAS IN MY STATE HE HAD SURE AS HELL BETTER HAVE A LAW LICENSE AND IT HAD BETTER BE GOOD IN MY STATE AND IT HAD BETTER BE CURRENT. AND WHAT IS HE DOING ANYWAY/ YOU WEREN'T VERY CLEAR ABOUT WHAT HE WAS PAID MONEY TO DO BUT IF HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE A LAWYER, I WOULD REPORT HIM TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION OF YOUR STATE....

I Margaret R.Feburary 14, 2006 signed and paid John Webster $7500.00 to help a young man whom we the three victims felt received to much sentence for the crime he commited. John Webster had know problem saying that he could get this young man moved and he would go to the media with the information. He ask me to get intouch with the other victims and send him all the information that we had, and the letter in which we received from the young man we were trying to help. That is what I did. John stayed in touch for the first month. Months went by ,finally he told me one day I called him six times. He said he had never had a person do that to him and it was upsetting. Me the way I am felt like I had done something wrong. Than I did not call for a while. But I was the paying person. The next time he told me that he would apply for a commutation a one time thing. That is when I knew I was in trouble. But I would call, know answer, email, know response. But I never gave up hope for this young man whom we were trying to help. This young man would write John Webster and never got a response. Time is on John Webster side, he doesn't have to answer the phone. I need my money back and he would not answer the phone. I blocked my number which cost me more money. I finally did get him to answer the phone by doing that. This was October 28,08 I asked for my money back and he said he had done a lot of work on this case for me to give him thirty days. I gave him thirty day and called him. He said any information I could fax him or help him with would be great. I knew he was just trying to get me off his back. I did fax the information I had gathered. The next week and I faxed them again. I still have nothing, or heard from John Webster. John Webster now lives in Nashville Tennessee .He will take your money with a signed opened ended contract and do nothing. He makes a good living by scaming people and taking innocent peoples money. He does not try to help these people. This is how he makes a living by ripping off innocent people.
