Johnny Park In L.A. Sucks! They Left Me Stranded At The Airport! offsite LAX airport parking Los Angeles California
Worst customer service EVER. My wife and I came back form a long flight, got our bags and called the number on the ticket they gave us when we left our car there. Nobody answered the phone, a recording told us to outside and wait for their van. Fine. We did that. Then we waited for an HOUR for their van to show up. All the while, their competitors kept picking up their customers. We tried repeatedly to call, but they never answered their phone. After about a half an hour we noticed another group of people still waiting as well. We asked who they were waiting for...Johnny Park.
They, too were trying to call but no-one would answer the phone for them either.
Finally after an hour, we started looking for a cab to take us to the Johnny Park lot, when their van finally showed up. When the other guy who was waiting for us mentioned to the driver that we had been waiting for an hour, he shook his head and said, "no you haven't!"
We get back to the lot to pick up our car and there's half a dozen guys milling around behind the counter. When the other guy we were with starts to complain about how long it took. The guy waiting on them just nodded his head. I mentioned the same thing to the guy helping us, and he said, "I just got here." No apology, nothing. At that point I asked why no-one in the office could have answered the phone or even at least acted like they were sorry for such bad service. That's when one of the guys snapped back, "There isn't a manager here."
These morons needed a manager to tell them how to answer a phone or handle customer complaints.
Do yourself a favor and use anyone but these guys. While were were waiting at the airport, I saw a lot of Wally Park vans come by...I'll be using them next time.
