Jordan's Towing If I could give this company a no star rating I would. They towed my vehicle without my permission from an accident scene while I was taken to the hospital via ambulance. I already had a towing company en route to pick up the car and when they arrived Jordan Towing refused to let them take the vehicle. I was never asked where my vehicle should be towed even though I had a specific body shop that would be taking care of it. Plano Texas
Jordan's Towing If I could give this company a no star rating I would. They towed my vehicle without my permission from an accident scene while I was taken to the hospital via ambulance. I already had a towing company en route to pick up the car and when they arrived Jordan Towing refused to let them take the vehicle. I was never asked where my vehicle should be towed even though I had a specific body shop that would be taking care of it. They towed it to their yard and impounded it. When I called to make arrangements for my tow company to pick it up and take it to a body shop I was told that I would need to pay $257 to get it released to the new tow company. $257! This includes a $138.75 towing fee, $75 mileage fee, $20 impound fee and $20 for gas. This is outrageous! They towed my vehicle a total of 11 miles, even at 5 dollars a mile they overcharged me by $20. When I call to try and discuss of these over charges the owner Erica Jordan was incredbily rude to me and hung up on me because I challenged the amount the company is charging me in mileage. This company basically stole my vehicle and is charging me outrageous amounts of money for me to retreive it. So, not only was I in an accident where I was injured I now have no way of retreiving my vehicle to have it repaired. This is nothing more that state sanctioned theft and the JORDAN TOWING rapes people financially under the guise of legality! BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY

With the State of Texas Secretary of State or Attorney General and I suggest not using the term "rape"!
