Jos A Bank loses returns too often. I have heard of others stating the same thing. I thought a company like Jos A actually cared about their customers and their guarantee of satisfaction. They wont even respond back now to emails regarding my situation multiple times. In basic questions before have gone unanswered too. I was very nice in emails to them after a little over a month after my return was sent in I send my tracking info since Jos A doesnt include a return shipping label. Guess what my emails went unanswered. Now its over two months. My last purchase with them was almost $500. Its funny how they say to insure the package but odd how since they have the box and signed for it the insurance no longer applies. I have been dealing with them since they first started in my area and sold womens clothing too. Almost 15 years ago. I dont dare return things to their stores for the sales people say the nastiest things about their commissions and this is hurting their numbers on sales and the store. I even had a salesman talk me down for buying a pair of shoetrees at another store and that I dare bring them back here and this and that and shop at another store. It was $15 dollars at 40% off. Since that day I check to make sure hes not at the store or I wont go in. Anyways, I will have to write the board of directors. I am sure they know exactly where my return is. I even send them the description of the box, the size, the items included, the weight and the invoices. If Jos A loses your return put it down here too. The more we get then we can file with the AG's office in Maryland.
