Various homeowners at the Acqua Flamingos development including myself used notary 31 Jose Luis Reyes Vasquez
in Nuevo Vallarta for our deed work. When we tried to sell our properties we found out that in conspiracy with the owner of the resort Rodrigo Hicks and the engineer Jose de Jesus Flores Moreno (who made the valuation) to save capital gains made some phoney papers and they gave our properties the value of 40% of what we paid. We tried to sell the properties and the capital gain that in Mexico is 35% costed us a fortune. We paid over 25k for our deed and the notary Jose Luis Reyes Vasquez gave us a receipt for only 5k alleging that the other money was for taxes. We complained with the notary Jose Luis Reyes Vasquez and he threatened us alleging that he's a personal friend of former president Vicente Fox and if did't give up our complaints he will use his power against us. We investigated the notary online and found out that he is not new in frauds (foros.elsiglodetorreon.com.mx/politica/41951-el+notario+vivales.html, .proceso.com.mx/?p=92750) He uses his power in Mexican politics to scam investors!
