Joseph is a sex offender that cheated on his wife of 4 years with 2 beautiful sons with a barely 15 year old girl. He is a sick individual...he got jailtime but i hardly think 5 months is enough for destroying his family and comitting this terrible act.

Since my last post it has come out that not only did Joe have sex with a 15 year old girl but he has molested and attempted others. He goes about his life like nothing day after day going to PITT Bradford college meeting people and interacting with their lives and families and no one knows what kind of a person he really is. I hope that people find him out before he harms another child. He has a GF right now thats 19 and pregnant by another man. She probably has NO CLUE the things hes done since younger childless poeple usually dont search the registries. I pray that someone warns her. This sick individual moved to Bradford PA after getting out of jail for his sex offense. He lives on Main street and works at Allegany Productions in Bradford.
