Complaint Review: Joshua Conklin Smartleadz - Canandaigua New York

How dare you sit there and claim that you do not rip people off?  You are the very epitome of a thief.  You take money up front, deliver leads that you pass off as your own and then when people exercise their right to cancel, you disappear.  I don’t know how you look yourself in the mirror each day.  But I do know this... you will eventually get what’s coming to you.  Your rebuttals mean nothing, and your claim of filing a lawsuit is ridiculous, when everything posted about you is true.  You've moved from location to location, process servers can’t locate you and you have liens placed against you personally... all because you are a THIEF!   Maybe if you made good on the money you stole, people would stop writing these articles about you!  But, let's be clear... you are a COWARD and a THIEF and if you keep on ripping people off then you should learn to accept the consequences of those actions.... (like receiving these negative, but truthful posts)  Hopefully people will read about you before doing business with you and getting robbed.  You better hope the people that you have ripped off never make it to Canandaigua, or Scottsdale, or whever else you move to. If I were you, I would always be looking over my shoulder. You’ve made yourself a lot of enemies out there and Karma is a b****.  GOOD LUCK THIEF!

Smart Leadz and Joshua Conklin, its affiliates and partners have been the vicitim of false internet attacked by annonymoush individuals on the website www.ripoffreport.com. These attacks assail tour clients personal and business reputaion and place the companies business practice into question. In our expereince the websites ripoffreport maintains a practive of not removing annoynmouns posting from its wesbitses - even it receives information that ithe annonymous posting is false. Becaseue third party pubishers, such as the websites www.reipoffreport.com - are protected by the Communicatinos Decency Act, the only way to have these false and fefamoatory posting reomoved and shielded from public view is to obtaion court order findingv tht atht posting are false. Once obatioant the cour tordre is ssumited to seach engines who then remove the link from their  responctive search idices. 

As a result we have filed a law suit in the District Court to obtaion a court order for Smart LEadz, Joshua cconklin to to have the FALSE information rmeoved and preotect our clients reputatsions.

In short, the claims made in this complaint are false. Anyone questioning the validity of this report are invited to call 585-496-7020 as the claims made are invalid. This company is a reseller of leads, contacts publishers, steals their leads and then makes claims to avoid payment. We have no association with the lead vendors mentioned, we have not violated contact, we are not scamming anyone and with 11 years as a pioneer in this industry operation over 212 websites and only 4 complaints in over a decade we completely dismiss this claim.

I am experiencing the same thing. Do you have a physical address for Josh Conklin? He professes to have partners. Do you have any of that information? I have a company who tried to visit his office and it was a massage parlor. Your information would be appreciated. My goal would not be to destroy Mr. Conklin's reputation more than it already is. I would love to report back on this thread that Smart Leadz and Josh Conklin honored his commitments and made this right.
