Ripped off by JT card services took my money gave me nothing in return
I agreed to this card on the phone. in October 2001, JT Card Services took $160.00 out of my account and to date i have received nothing more than a letter. Today 1/11/02 after 3 solid weeks of busy signals I finally got a person on the phone. He informed me there was nothing he could do other than tell me to write a letter to JOSE TERRY at the address on the letterhead because many many people are upset that they have not recieved a card. i asked him how to get a refund and he said he wasnt sure.
I also have been ripped off by JT card services out of Florida.
They somehow forgot to tell me that it was a pay as you go card.But the didn't forget to deduct $159 from my checking account... I never received a card, so I called to see what the problem was. The told me my card had been mailed.. Two weeks later, still no card. I called again. The operator explained that I would have to load my card.. My response was what card. Long story short, I requested a refund. I ordered the card back in October. The money was deducted in October. In December I was told my money would be refunded by the end of December. This is January. I haven't seen any refund. They will not talk to me on the phone now. When I call, they put me on hold, and then I am disconnected.
This is nothing more than a fat rip off!
