Julian Construction owner Shawn Kyles entered into a contract with me and did not fulfill the contract at all. When I told Shawn Kyles I was going to file a lawsuit Julian construction contacted my employer and threatened to sue my employer. Shawn kyles is currently under investigation by the Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB) and has a lawsuit filed at the Santa Monica courthouse. Do not do business with this company as you risk being blatantly ripped off
