Juniper CC Barclay Bank credit card scam Wilmington Delaware
on 26th July I purchased and item from the Apple Store with credit. I was told my first payment due would be in September and that I had 90 days 0% financing.
At the time I asked the sales man if he had the account # so I could set up on line payment right away. He said no I would have to wait for the credit card.
The card arrived by mail 4.5 weeks later....how convenient for JUPITER and Barclay Bank to steal money from the naive customer.
I paid 3 equal payments only to find Juniper charging me 66.00 interest. When I called they said I had to pay the first payment in August. I asked them how that was possible since I did not have an Account #. They were very rude and arrogant...amazing since we just bailed them out at 700billion....They have refused to reverse the charges. They are scam artists...
I have reported them to my state representatives and to my Congressman. I think everyone needs to let these people in DC know whats going on in the world.
I am so angry....I feel helpless to fight this monster.

This is the only way these predatory lenders will correct the problems they themselves create. Otherwise they will ignore your valid complaint and continue to add interest and late charges to your account
