How do you know that you were ripped off? You say you were charged over $800 for brakes, but you do not list what work was done on your brakes. You then claim that "numerous" people told you it should have only cost $400. Who are these people, what experience or talents do they have that qualify them to tell you what a job should have cost. Considering you went to Just Brakes, it is likely you did get over charged, but, where were these "numerous" people when you authorized the charges? If you did not authorize the charged, then you have some recourse. If they performed work that was not needed, but told you that it was, then you have recourse in the legal system. However, if you oked the charges and the work, and did need it, you should consult with your "numerous" people prior to making a commitment.
