I originally contacted Just-Leather.com from the internet on 12/7/2004 and ordered two coats for my wife for Xmas and was told "no problem" geting them before that time. Did not receive first coat until middle of January,2005 and haven't received the other coat to this date. Have received WRONG COAT TWICE.

Made the mistake of trying to deal with a real-world bad guy in Mark. Sent email after receiving wrong coat for the second time and used the phrase "what are you guys, stupid?" Mark called my home shortly after I sent the email and immediately began cursing me over the phone repeatedly using the "F" word and telling my to stick my petty little email up my well you know what.

I have never dealt with anyone over the internet who is as violent or evil sounding as this guy and his so-called company. I am in corrections and very seldom hear this kind of vocabulary except in the movies and then only a tarentino film.

Stay away from these guys. Do not do business with them in any way. Really I think I talked personally with the devil on the telephone. Needs to seek anger management counseling and definitely needs to know if he ever leaves New Jersey he had better learn to like the taste of soap. No one should have to listen to such language and these guys really need to be investigated. I am contacting all of the authorities I possibly can to report these guys.

Whew. Don't ever call an ignorant person from New Jersey stupid! I would have called him ignorant but I think he's too stupid to know what it means.

on 2/9/2005 Mathew Sherman called and apologized for the angry and very vulgar phone call on 2/8/2005 by a Mark at his company.My credit card company has refunded our portion of the order that was incorrect and we are sending the wrong coat back at our expense. Appreciate the apology but will not do business with Just-Leather again.
