Just-leather.com Bill Suriano ripoff took money and no product sent Freehold New Jersey
I ordered the 3 Button Carly Leather Jacket, size large ($59.99 plus shipping of $7.99) on November 27, 2004 at 17:06:44 from just-leather.com and have NOT received my leather jacket. It has been 4 WEEKS and I have NOT received my leather jacket and I have NOT got and responses about where it is.
During those 4 weeks I have e-mailed and called continuously. I have NOT received any respose from the e-mails and have NOT got any returned calls about my concern of NOT recieving my order. I have recorded all my contact e-mail and call attemps that I have made, since the jacket had been ordered (but NO delivery has been made).
I have also contacted the UPS and they said that they have recieved a pickup conformation, but the just-leather.com has NOT responded to confirm this. The tracking number that was put on my order was invaild and the UPS has confirmed this.
This business that Bill Suriano (just leather.com) is running is a fraud and I want my money back ASAP or I want mu # Button Carly Jacket.

Matthew, Matthew,Matthew, I can't believe your still ripping people off. It took me 3 months to get a refund and he also threw in a free jacket. For all who have problems, don't give up. Go to the proper authories like the BBB of Trenton, attorney generals office and better yet Fox News (What's Bugging you.) You'll get no results from him because he is very slick. He's a real sweet talker and actually makes you believe his lies.What I can't believe how he gets away with it.This is not his only website he has others.He seems to be taking advantage of the credit card companies as well because they issue charge backs.He prefers money orders because it makes it easier for him.He will even threaten to sue you. Don't believe him he's the one we should sue maybe a nice class action suit will make him give up these rippoffs. All I can say to Mr. Sherman(aka Suriano, Ryan) It's the holy season of Christmas would you do this to the Baby Jesus as well? Give these people their money back and make things right.
