On 9-18-04 I placed an order with Just-Leather.com and they withdrew the money from my account the next day. When the jacket did not arrive after approximately 2 weeks, I began emailing and calling to find out about my missing order.

My emails and calls were largely ignored. Episodically I would get a criptic email stating the order was "shipped" or that that they would look into it, but nothing ever happened.

When I finally threatened to file fraud charges (pending) I got phone call from "Jeff" who identified himself as a senior sales rep. "Jeff" assured me the order would be sent out overnight mail. That was on 10-8-04 and the jacket never arrived.

I made several other documented phone calls and emails with NO response. It is obvious that this is a fraudulent company that simply steals money and tries to get away with it.

You ripped off the wrong person this time,Just-Leather!

What you posted is nothing new many others have been scammed. Do the following and you will see some results. Also call your credit card firm and tell them you want to do a chargeback......This is information someone else posted for me and it worked, just file complaints online and see your money magically appear when they see you not messing around: File a complaint with the NJ Attorney General's Office at http://nj.gov/lps/ Next File a complaint with the FBI at this address -- http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp Then the Office of Consumer Protection at http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/ocp/ocpform.htm
