I ordered a jacket for my wife's xmas on december 16. Of course, they guaranteed delivery by xmas. The $57.94 was withdrawn from my checking account on 12/20. On 12/22 I called and was informed that my order had been shipped and the shipping "upgraded" to ensure xmas delivery.

However, I contacted UPS today and they informed me that they received the billing information but no pick-up had ever been scheduled by Just-leather.com. So, xmas is ruined but they are shafting the wrong person. Mr. Sherman I'm not hiding. My order# is 3047.

120 Employees and they can't pick up the phone or answer an e-mail? That's just silly. And no one every talks to anyone but Matthew Sherman. Matt you must think we are all stupid. Make sure you get your money back before you take any further steps contact Pay Pal and you might want to show them all the bad repots on this site and then do a chargeback with your credit they will credit your credit card. File a complaint and call the NJ Attorney General's Office at http://nj.gov/lps/ Also here is a phone number Division of Consumer Affairs in NJ: 973-504-6200 File a complaint with the FBI at this address -- http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp Then the Office of Consumer Protection at http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/ocp/ocpform.htm

This is what What Mat say : "Hello, first off all. As a representative of this company we dont take threats lightly, This has been forwarded the Police in your Country. Since i frequent the Carib Hilton in Puerto Rico often and we have many clients there we know some people. Threat internationally are not accepted here in USA. You have made terroristic threats towards our employees and company. These will have major consequences. You Ordered this on January 26th, today is the 3rd of February. We have every right to issue our own policies in America. Our policies are simple. It takes 3-5 days to process orders than ship. If you cant live with these policies than you dont order from us. Walmart, Target, Home depot, Verizon, Dell and more have policies and so do we. You want to call us a scam. I would like to see one organization you can bring this to tell you that you are remotely correct in your thinking. How dare you think you can get away with threats, lies and slander. This will be escallated and brought to your doorstep with the authorities. This has been reported to a few organizations. You must understand you have put your threats on the internet. We will ask you at this point to not contact us. Our attornies and authorities will handle it from here. You should have not waited until the last minute to order on an international level. Please dont doubt our resolve because wh at we have said above is the truth and will be brought you. For you to even think we have done anything wrong considering that only 5 business days have gone by is an outrage. Your comments will speak for themselves. We have over 120 people working in this corporation. I am willing to show you what mistakes you have made by bringing this to our doorstep." Hey guys this guy going down !!!!!!!!

Those histories sound familiar , i make my buy throw pay pal with a credit card . Waiting 3 day for the delivery . Exchange a lot of mail with someone that name Mark (if exist !) . I start search over internet about just-leather. And find the same that happend to me 1. phone with answer machine 2. 2 days email answer 3. bugie ups track number Mr. Mat , you have a great job , scam people , and justice will do the rest. I have a lot of time to acuse you . if you need to harressme do with the order #4086 but remenber Puertorricans don't eat those scams !

I also have a complaint posted on this site. I did receive a check in the mail which ended up NSF. I then went through paypal and received my refund. Now I am being harassed by just-leather.com because of my postings on this website. I am only stating facts so other people can see.

In follow-up of my complaint of yesterday against just-leather.com. Mr. Sherman phoned and emailed me several times over xmas eve and xmas to apologize and offer restitution. Not only did he offer to refund my monies, but also to provide the merchandise free of charge. I have confirmed receipt of the refund by the 3rd party billing company. Although, I was very suspicious about his business practices, Mr. Sherman made multiple attempts to rectify the problem.
