i ordered a jacket from these so called busness people and never received it. they even went so far as to give me a fedex tracking number oviously to try to cement my belief they shipped it it worked for 6 weeks, but after repeated attemps to find out what was going on with my order i contacted fedex.

fedex replyed that this was only an electronic billing from the shipper there was no actual physical pickup from just-leather this has been going on since august i sent my last e mails to them requesting an amiacgle solution to this issue and to no avail

just out of prinsiple and because of the extent they have went to try to pull this off im going to persue every avilable legal option this kind of stuff has to be dealt with on the internet.

i welcome a response from just-leather but so far your words have been worthless. you have a reputation i grant you that but not one i would want conected to my busness.

[email protected] Dear Valued Customer, It has been brought to our attention from our accounting department with an issue that may have been overlooked by you. It seems that either you have asked for a credit from your credit card bank or a refund has been issued. You requested a chargeback for non-receipt 8 days after your order was placed this is not a legitamate chargeback reason...we would have happily refunded your money in full) Due to your charge dispute we are charged a $35.00 fee which we are now attempting to collect from you.Because of this confirmed fact we are asking for either one of the following answers from you: 1) Make payment arrangements for $35.00 2) Authorize us to charge your credit card that we have on file from you. We are giving you the courtesy of this one time letter before it will proceed to collection. If in fact the merchandise has been returned and a valid tracking number is provided than we apologize for the inconvenience. This letter needs to be answered within 7 days. Due to high call volume all responses should be addressed via email only. This will avoid unnecessary delays. Important: If you choose to ignore this email your account will go to our collection agency for the full amount owed plus chargeback fees and any other fees that may be applicable. You must do the following to get results with Just-Leather / Matthew Sherman and have him send you a check. 2 people have got bad checks and also tell the NJ Attorney General's Office about his bad checks (wich is a felony) so you don't get one. They will force him to cut a check like several other people on this message board: File a complaint and call the NJ Attorney General's Office at http://nj.gov/lps/ or call: 973-504-6200 File a complaint with the FBI at this address -- http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp Then the Office of Consumer Protection at http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/ocp/ocpform.htm This should all help you get resoultion very fast.

its now march 2005,i have still not received my jacket and nothing heard from just-leather.they sure did cash in my canadian money order though.i have documentation supporting this report including money order receipt made out to these so called bussiness peop.be happy to forward to legitamete agencys with power to do something about this ripoff artist.beware of this site just-leather.com
