I bought shoes from this company and a couple of months later they charged $39.95 to my credit card for nothing. I charged it back to them. Save yourself the headache, get your shoes some where else.

As a VIP member, you will be required to take action by the 5th day of every month by selecting one of the Monthly Options described below. These options can be selected through your online account or by calling customer service at (866) 337-0906 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting (866) 337-0906 end_of_the_skype_highlighting. You also may cancel your membership at any time. If you do not select the "Skip This Month" option, the "Send Me New Options" option or cancel your membership by the 5th day of the month, your credit card will be billed $39.95 each month. If you select the "Send Me New Options" option, our JustFab stylists will send you new shoe, handbag, or other fashion accessory options within five (5) business days of choosing to "Send Me New Options". You will then have an additional five (5) days to either select an item for purchase or choose to "Skip This Month". If you do not select an item for purchase or choose to "Skip This Month", you will receive a JustFab credit that can be redeemed for the purchase of one JustFabulous item in any future month. Each credit is valid for one (1) year so long as you remain a VIP member. Shipping is always free and all items come with a 30-day return/exchange policy.
