Justflowers ripoff Very Unprofessional! 2 days after my order was supposed to be delivered it still wasn't, when I contacted Customer Service for the 5th time they said oh someone should have called you, we had trouble filling the order Internet
I tried to have flowers delivered for a special event, and they never were. After I called customer service (try the number it rings forever before someone answers), they couldnt help me and I had to basically wait and see if a florist could deliver them. I have called them everyday since the order was placed, tried the LiveChat (what a joke that is) emailed them and still I have paid for flowers that were never delivered. They are very nice but VERY VERY unprofessional. Clearly an amateur company, do not trust them to make a delivery for you, you might get lucky but I highly doubt it.

JustFlowers aka VirtualFlowers.com, Flower.com, FlowerDelivery.com is simply a call center that takes your order, charges you a connveniece/service charge (which they don't disclose until after you've given them your credit card information), and simply forwards your order on to a local florist to make and deliver. Their poor business practices have earned them a suspension from the Teleflora florist network but unfortunately FTD still sees fit to permit them to use their network. If your flowers were not delivered, contact your credit card company and dispute payment for this order. Also request that JustFlowers.com send an apology arrangement free of charge. Next time, save yourself the $9-10 service fee plus the hassle of dealing with a middle man and contact a local florist in the area to where your flowers are to be delivered direct. Good Luck.
