Justin Foster ripoff scam artist online fraud won't send money back dishonest liar Forrest City Arkansas
I sent this man $220 thru paypal for 2 color t-mobile sidekicks around 6/6. I waited almost a month and he never sent me anything. Paypal was unable to recover my money. I emailed him about a refund and he said he would.
I waited another week and he never sent refund. Now he doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. I have all of the emails to prove this.

I hope you put the funds into paypal with your credit or debit card- if you did, you have what are called "chargeback" rights, and you need to advise your bank of the problem ASAP so they can recover your funds. I do not know how much they can help you if you funded paypal through ACH debit from your bank account, though. I wish you the best either way, though.
