Justin Friedberg - Merchant Broker Terrible Experience, Extremely unprofessional New York
Justin Friedberg claims to be a supplement campaign manager with a vast background of experience. Completly untrue and quite the opposite. We hired Justin Friedberg to do some supplement campaign management as we were new in this arena and he was very personable and talked a big game. Worst decision in my life.
Within 2 months we had to fired him from his lack of knowledge and his unprofessionalism.... unfortunetly the damage had been done.
This guy will absolutely screw you in every way possible on your campaign. First on your merchant applications. He will include every fee imaginable and at the very highest $% possible.
You won't know this until it is too late and your finding yourself drowning in merchant bills.
Then your fulfilment, call center, traffic, chargeback representation, you name it this guy has negogiated a insane fee structure so he can make pennies off your massive bills.
This is a fair warning of my own personal experience with Justin Friedberg, be careful who you sign up with there are good merchant brokers/campaign managers and there are merchant brokers/campaign managers whom only have there best interest in mind.
