Complaint Review: Justin Stuck - Tupper Lake New York

I agree with Denise about enjoying the whole soap opera here. Yes, there are other small towns in which you will also find corruption, but they just aren't nearly as entertaining. I grew up in a town of about 3,000-3,500 people and we never had anything this interesting going on. I also agree that you don't have to read these posts if you don't find that they contribute anything useful. To you, they may not, but to me, I find them incredibly useful. I was a professional business executive, who was also trained in journalism and wrote for my local newspaper, and now I am a stay at home mom. The stress of being a parent is equal to anything that I faced in an office or while writing, and I love to come to this site and read these posts when I need to take a minute or 5 to unwind. I also design and hand make my own line of jewelry for renaissance faire actors and patrons and when I am having trouble being creative, I can come here, read for a bit, and then go back to working. The laughs that I get help to release the frustration of creator's block and I find that I can work much better once I have relaxed a bit. That said, I am not trying to be offensive either, but, really, it is a bit much to say that you speak for citizens everywhere when relaying your disgust for these threads. You don't speak for me. I am more than able to speak on my own behalf, (and trained to do so, in fact) and if I feel the need to speak up about something, you can be sure that I will. I apreciate the offer and all, but thanks anyway, I'll pass.

If you needed news from Tupper Lake to tell you THAT, then that is a problem in itself. I personally can go online and look up any newspaper from ANY small town in America and see the same corruption amd greed. Greed and corruption are not only in small towns either. This sounds like a bunch of pissed off kids to me. The one who wrote that The teacher touched his bum, sounded as if he were kidding about it. I mean, how easy would it be to take a tape recorder, (one of the miniture kind the college students use), conceal it, record a few of the "right" class sessions, and send it to the media, or take it to a lawyer who does not reside in Tupper Lake? There are ways to bust this case, but no lawyer will do anything because it does not in any way seem to be anything more than ticked off kids. And any kid with a PC could write saying they are a parent. And what about the Tupper Lake report saying woman is on welfare and is lazy and should stop having more kids and get a job. Does that report REALLY help you understand small town corruption and politics? We have scandal and corruption here in the smalltown I live in, for instance the sheriffs office covering up a murder, which incidentally did at one point appear on "Unsolved Mysteries," of course it was never solved because of "smalltown corruption and greed." That is a good example of corruption. Its not the same as being mad at a teacher. These kids could get proof if it were true and they had any sense. The post about the woman on welfare is NOT a good example of "corruption" at all, because that is more than likely something that started by this welfare chick who took someone's boyfriend, so some other chick decided to act like white trash and post that, and got her friends to go along with it. Denise just say what you mean, which I think is, that you like the soap opera feel of these stories. Don't try to play it off as if these stories are GOOD examples of smalltown greed and corruption, and show political scandal. I know all about corruption, from the lowest form to the top of the political food chain and Tupper Lake is NOT a GOOD example. There are hundreds of thousands of incidents all over America that DO quailfy as REAL and legitimate corruption, most of these other scandals do not come off as white trash bashing each other for entertainment purposes though. I really do think the ripoff report editors can see the differences when they see other reports of corruption that do NOT include pissed off teens and jilted lovers bashing each other. In any case I stand behind my recommendation that there needs to be a Tupper Lake website designed especially for these people. I won't lie, I would definately visit it. It is entertaining in a white trash soap opera kind of way, but I also believe pissed off teens and jilted lovers waste time and space for alot of people who are looking out for REAL scams. Denise, I don't mean to come off as a b***h and if I offend you I apologize, this is just MY opinion. I don't expect you to particularly agree with it, but there it is anywho.

Speak for yourself. You do not represent the rest of us who follow the drama of Tupper Lake. It's like a soap opera without the commercials. Even the founder of this website has posted his opinion on how important these postings about Tupper Lake are because they show what greed, corruption and shortsightedness in small town politics leads to. So, if you are offended by the content don't read them.

Men and Women all over the globe are reading reports from Tupper Lake. Each report from Tupper Lake is from citizens of that area who do nothing else but BASH OTHER CITIZENS from Tupper Lake. Those of us outside of Tupper Lake, USA, are wondering "what is wrong with all these citizens of Tupper Lake?" Is it in the water? Are these people inbreeding? Is there a chemical plant nearby causing these mutations of personality? Or is just plain everyday ignorance? I guess we will never know. From Tupper Lake, so far, I have seen 3 different reports. One report stating a mother is abusing her child, a Second report that a teacher verbally and sexually abuses students, and a Third stating a woman is on welfare and shouldn't be, so on and so on. Now when most of us see reports from Tupper Lake, we just think to ourselves, "Just ignore that, it is just that white trash from Tupper Lake using this site to bash each other again." We think this because of your actions, we also believe that in response to this post you will come post a bash against those of us who think this. But because that is who you are and the only way you have been taught to behave, we will just ignore it. I am just a user of this site, not affiliated with it, but I do check out the new rip-offs posted on the home page almost daily, and I have found a lot of reports that could have affected me if I did not see them here and know better than to fall for the scheme. But let me say this to you Tupper Lakians. RipoffReport.com is NOT a site to BASH the people YOU dislike. (quite frankly, I'm surprised you even know how to turn on a PC) This site is to HELP people who have been SCAMMED or ACTUALLY ABUSED in some way. This site is to HELP people try to solve their problem, which may be a scam or may be abuse of some kind. This site is to Right Wrongs. It is to ALERT people so that they will not get HURT, in whatever way, by the same things as the people who posted were hurt by. (That last sentence was probably to confusing for Tupper Lake, just pretend you understand.) It is completely WRONG for you to USE this site, which is made to HELP those with a REAL problem, for your own personal GET EVEN site. You all need to grow up, and for your children's sake MOVE AWAY FROM Tupper Lake, find an area with some good SCHOOLS and maybe CHURCHES. Someone from Tupper Lake needs to start a Tupper Lake website, just for you Tupper Lakians to bash and belittle each other as much as you please, so that this site can actually be used by those who have REAL problems. Think how much fun a that would be, having your very on site. You could spend months fighting via Internet, since that seems to be your favorite thing. Dear Jill, You may think that we are just a bunch of pissed off kids but really we witnessed his craziness. He would get all upset over nothing and he has hardly enough patience to be dealing with over 100 of us eigth graders everyday. If he can't handle the job he needs to find another one. None of us got to know him out of school so he gave us a very bad impression. He never called us innapropriate names (like some other people said in earlier rebuttals) but he did go off topic quite often and didn't really teach us anything. I ebtered and left the eigth grade with the same amount of knowledge and I don't think that is how school is supposed to be. I am glad that he is moving and i hope that he finds a different job so that kids everywhere will not have to deal with failing classes and attending summer school. I am one of the few that passed but more than 80% failed. That is pathetic. If so many students are failing i don't think its the kids- its the teacher. So Jill ( and everyone else who believes its the students) Mr.Justin Stuck may be a decent person ( we will never know) but he definately needs to learn how to teach.

Hey Jill, i am assuming you were never ah class mate or student of Mr. Justin Stuck. I had him as math teacher for my eighth grade year. He is a very off topic person .. he has a lot of potential to go somewhere for himself but he doesn't belong in a class room with kids. He needs practice at teaching, or needs to get himself a career in a different feild. He is a very suitable person but he is not the best teacher, even though he does try. I am sure it was his teaching because the majority of the grade passed with low 70's or failed. I had most grades in the high 80's low 90's and lets just say my math grade was less fortunate.So know it all..Jill i think you are quite a person...funny actually

I have read the posts, and I think you should be complaining about your English and Grammar teachers. This Justin person may suck as a teacher, but he can't be much worse as the teacher who is not teaching you the ENGLISH LANGUAGE. I have seen a lot of posts on here that come out of Tupper Lake and I think the ENTIRE area needs some kind of NEW educational program.

If this Justin teacher is as bad as you say, you need to comfront the school board or your community leaders before you go online bashing the teacher. Also, if he is really that bad, and is verbally abusing students, take a small tape recorder to class and tape each class session and get PROOF to back up your claims. Then let your parents hear it and let your parents decide what should be done.

well personaly i dont know if what you all are saying is true, if this teacher is so bad why wasnt he arrested?
or is this a bunch of junk written by a few upset teens so they wanted to slander to pay baCK THE TEACHer who upset you it seems if this was true he be in jail. how ever i have seen some bus drivers stoned off thier rocker while transporting childern. i really beleave that thier should be more drug testing on the bus drivers!!!!!! im not saying that these reports are false im just wondering was this a ploy to chase the mean teacher off or is this something that needs to handled by the police?
i do have to agree that most people get thier jobs by being related to someone that has pull in our town.i was very upset when my childs bus came to pick him up on many of times and the bus driver looked so stoned outta his mine i wouldnt let my child ride the bus thier has been rumors that thier has been molesters working at the school and driving bus i dont know if thats true or not but i hope it isnt. i beg of any one who has experniced this kinda thing to contact the cops. any way id like to see more drug testing for the people who are intrusted with our childerns safety. our childern are the most precouis gift a gift from GOD the childern is our life and are future and its our job to love and protect them from harms way. but the reports about this teacher i read sound filed with hate is this just a angery spiteful kid or is this something cops need to be involved with?

i have not learn anything during the LONG year in his class, if it wasnt for my smarts already i would be in summer school too.i might of won a prize for the highest avg in math but not because of you.. i dont think he is actually gay but he doesnt teach.thats ur job stuck teach. u need to be fired and kicked out of town. ur rude remarks to kids are horrible. u seemed to blow off kids when they need help.

Thanks to Mr. Stuck I now have summer school because he does not know how to teach. He does not know how to treat people eather. when ever i would ask for help he would begin to tell me how to work out the problem or some times he would just walk away. and one time some pens of his were stolen or mis-placed and he called us all "dicks". he is a horrible teacher and not a very nice person and because of him over 20 kids now have summer school.

Mr. justin Stuck is not a very good teacher. My daughter is in his class and is failing. She is only failing because "she does not ask for help" . Well i have a couple words for you Mr. justin stuck, Your a selfish b*****d . My daughter does ask you for help and she does not get it. you just tell her that she should have paid more attention in class, Same some oter students. YOU SHOULD BE FIRED YOU SELFISH JERK!
