PLEASE BEWARE - MY DOG WAS DEFNITELY ABUSED !!!! I did what I thought was good research and took my dog to K9 for basic obedience training. Their web site is full of celebrities that have used them, and I guess that celebrities get good service. DON't BE FOOLED BY FAKE 5-STAR REVIEWS.
When I took my boxer, Pepper, I was so impressed with Rick and the facilities that I signed up for all 4 weeks of basic and advanced obedience. WHAT A MISTAKE !!! What I got back was an abused dog who is now aggressive with other dogs.
Thank God that I started to get a bad feeling when he didn't answer messages and didn't remember who I was each time I called. I picked up Pepper 10 days early and it was the best decision that I have made in a while... She wasn't trained and I lost $900, but what really freaked me out was realizing HOW MUCH SHE MUST HAVE SUFFERED.
Here is a list of what was wrong when I picked her up (I went straight to the vet):
1) She had multiple neck wounds and was bleeding
2) she lost 7 pounds in 18 days
3) she had a rash on her belly, probably from a dirty kennel
4) she had blood in her stool.
Please be aware that she had a complete checkup the day before I took her to K9. All of this is documented at the vet's office and I will be posting videos in you tube.

Attention Haters ( ex-employees / lifeless weirdos ),
I have way too many 5 STAR REVIEWS to be ignored because of broke /wannabe ex employees that need a life, and a crazy lady that cant communicate or sit still. Every client leaves giving there testimonies... any old hater can write bad reviews on any one or company to some what lift them selves up .. They love to watch my every move with envy, instead of learning something.. lol ..You could look up my past record and it still means nothing to my future.. Martha Stewart is a felon, but you cant stop her progress by hating on her or talking about her past.... well i must be doing something right haters.. proof is in all these videos and $$... With Success comes haters... No one ever made it to the top with out you haters. ...

I do not do drugs and adore my dog. No separation anxiety. I was out of town. The contract Rick himself posted shows that I wrote down that she was bleeding in the neck. Didn't put more because I was afraid he wouldn't return my dog. Just wanted to leave as soon as possible.
Every time there is a negative report he lashes out at the customer and calls them dishonest, thoefs, or accuses them of using drugs. Nasty postings cannot cover the fact of the many people that are coming forward.
I encourage everyone with an experience similar to mine to post it so we can make a difference and prevent future abuse of dogs.
Also look into public records, you will find his mug shot.

I am an ex-employee of that company. I can definitely relate to your concerns. I've work with this person that calls himself Rick and I've seen everything behind the scenes..disturbing! I recommend everyone to avoid this company for future dog training or boarding or your pet will end up dead.

Pat Mendoza clearly does not know the meaning of Animal Abuse...
Cruelty to animals n. the crime of inflicting
physical pain, suffering or death on an animal, usually a tame one,
beyond necessity for normal discipline. It can include neglect that is
so monstrous (withholding food and water) that the animal has suffered,
died or been put in imminent danger of death.
People like to throw the word abuse when they find it convenient. This dog clearly had an allergic reaction on his skin... it has bumps (pimples) on its neck... Unless we gave him a pimple producing serum, we are not at fault .
We have seen many types of dogs in all these years and some very damaged by the very STRANGE PEOPLE that own them. Pat Mendoza needs to calm down and get off of the cocaine she is on.. she suffers from separation anxiety from her dog , therefore making her dog act weird as well...
We clearly showed Pat mendoza a demo of her dog doing ALL the commands on and off the leash ... Her and her son rushed threw the instructional class in less then 10 minutes and said they understand everything... They seemed like they were wired on drugs or had ants in their pants ... then she signed the paper that says "I have received my dog back in good condition on 6-25-12 ... The pimples and popped bloody pimples were clear and visible at that time ...
Pat Mendoza , get off the drugs !
