Purchased 6 kennels from www.k9kennelstore.com for our K9 working dogs. As soon as we put them up it took the first dog less than 5 minutes to get out. ALL the other kennels broke as soon as a dog jumped up on them. I have called and called and did not get a responds until 4 months later. They stated they do not cover the damages because their kennels would not hold up with aggressive dogs. Yet, their name is K9 Kennel Store. I told them that all my other dogs only jumped up and the kennels busted. On top of that they rust very fast. These are expanded metal kennels. Or friends bought the other wire kennels they offer and the same thing happened. These people WILL NOT stand behing their product. These kennels WILL NOT hold up to any dog over 15 pounds. I even had a 14 week old German Shepherd in one and as soon as he jumped up the welds broke. Do not purchase kennels from this place. I have pictures if needed. This was the biggest waste of money. They are nice until they sell you something. These kennels are dangerous and cheaply made!!!

Given the expense of these kennels, which I was very interested in purchasing, how did a 50% refund resolve the issue if these kennels will not contain your dogs and are dangerous only minutes after setting them up?? It would still be a collossal waste of money and still dangerous based on your description and still cost you thousands of dollars?
