I am reporitng 2 grievances I have filed about Kaiser Seniro Advantage Plan.  Kaiser market their plan rated at 5 star.  In fact, the 2 grievances I filed agianst their contracted DeltaCare USA insurance company.  Both of Kaiser's case workers, Chinney Nyeche and Latisha Guzman were very unhelpful in resolving my problems being untreated by the dental care providers DeltaCAre USA assigned me to see.  DeltaCare USA refuse to provide proper providers which can replace my old broken crown on tooth #7.  I have been given the run around for about 1 year and my crown is not replaced with excuses like I had to be referred to a root canal dentis or I can't been seen because my name is not on the roster.  I have made several calls to DeltaCare USA and they confirmed that I was assigned to Propsect Dental Care.  DeltaCare USA called Propsect Dental Care and faxed my assignment to Prospect Dental Care.  Yet, Propsect Dental Care refused to see me because they said I was not on their roster.  DeltaCare USA told me that they can not do anything about it.  I called Kaiser Seniro Advantage Plan case workers.  They were rude and were of no help claiming that it up to DeltaCAre USA. 

The Kaiser case workers are Chinny Nyeche and Latisha Guzman.  They are extremely arogant about it.  They flat out said they can't help me.

The conclusion - KAISER SENIOR ADVANTAGE 5 STAR HEALTH PLAN claim is BOGUS !!!!!
