Kamper City Road Peninsula, Oh 44264Internet Internet United States of America Left TV and mount to be installed and both stolen. Told not Kamper City not responsible for left items. How do yoou get installation if you do not leave items. Internet
Dropped off camper at end of 28th for warranty repair and install of TV. TV (26 in LCD HDTV) and mount were left for that purpose. Called on Sept 11 (no messages from them) and was told camper not ready and rep said he did not know where we wanted TV mounted. (Only 1 obvious place for it based on config of camper).
Arranged to pick up after 2 weeks as had not heard from them. When went in Steve said had not installed TV because could not find mount. When my husband and Steve went into the camper--paperwork for mount and the remote control were in camper--but no mount and no TV.
Police report filed. Roger Eckerfield President said not Kamper City problem. No compensation. Scary part is that since found this out have not had a walk through to see if other items missing. How can they offer a service to install equipmentif if you cannot leave producst for install without worry of being stolen?
Search on (((link redacted))) for Kamper City Complaints and will find not only Ripoff reports and BBB disputes but other compaints at miscellaneous sites. BBB qualifies their rating for this company as ok because they have been in business for so long. I will post if this matter somehow is resolved.
