 I preordered a pair of Kanoa earphones back in March of last year. However, there were several delays and I waited patiently to receive my pair. I received an email today stating that not only will I not receive them but that it is unlikely I will receive a refund either. I tried to dispute the transaction from them but I was told that since the transaction was more then 60 days ago there was nothing they could do. So now I am out $160 because they cannot fulfill my order! I am very upset by this!
