Kaotic Von Kaoticvon boutique Size chart incorrect. Seller apathetic Sun city center Internet
I was told about kaotic von shapers by a co worker. The co worker has a medium and a large and said I would need the large. On the website the size chart says 'order your shirt size' so I got an XL. The item arrived and was a good 6 inches from closing even after stretching. I measured it flat and stretched and it was 28-30 inches which is a medium on most size charts. My coworker tried it on and it could not close. We got one hook to touch at the bottom. I feel that this item does not follow the size chart and emailed about an exchange. I was told you could not "measure an item that stretches" and that I made the error. The size chart is inconsistent. The item was not expensive but I am very disappointed in the quality and customer service.
