We are a new medical scrub company develpoed to raise funds for charities and non profits. We hoped to start our campagin and was looking for a publicist. We check online and found this inidvidual that claimed she was a publicist
We Contacted Ms Kara Topolsky from a ad online for a freelance publicist. she wrote the following (i have kept every email and i will let her expose herself)

I looking into the links she sent me to comfirm her history and we felt she could help us move foward and we paid her $500 for her service
Ater a few days her only idea was to start a group fundraiser online on crowdfunding and we had done similar tries on kickstarter and felt this was NOT a great idea but we thought she would have more ideas

This s****** Kara has ripped off a lot of people. Go to the district attorneys office and file a fraud complaint. This is also a federal crime. If you are in another state they will arrest her and extrdite her to your town jail and book her. She doesn't care who or how old you are she will scam you. Look her up and you will not see a picture,website,facebook or anyting on her but fraud.
She will but down she has proof of her work but never puts it. You will see. She's an illiterate calling herself a PR. Not proof of clients. I've contacted these people she claims are clients and they have to idea who she is. I put up her address on a complaint I filed. If you used paypal to pay her file a complaint requesting your money back. If you wired the money to her bank account then go straight to the US District attornys office in your city. They will take care of it. LETS PUT THIS D****** BEHIND BARS!
