karaokeinfo.com,one time lifetime membership for the price of 60.00 dollar but @ special 40.00 for a easy to use karaoke download site .They even have customer commits stateing just how easy it is ,how in just a few hours time you could be downloading karaoke files to burn cdg,s .Sounds so easy huh?

In turn what you get is a 40+ download (simple guide)as they call it .Maybe simple if you work for a software co. writing programs for them but not for the average at home internet user. Thus remember that's who they are marketing it to...they are many differant other programs that you have to try to fig. out how to load right on your computer also you have to have a computer with at least 800 on the mother board to run a rewrite drive on to keep up with it other wise then you have to down load it in 8 sec. parts and splice it all together to make up a complete song (remember most songs are at least 2 to five mins. long..it so easy though)

When you try to go to the new users form all you get told is just go back to the guide and fallow it step by step very simple...on and on..lot of new users replying that it was a lot more complex then what the ad made out. i did this myself i tried for days to fig. it all out and when i finaly got a song list made and got ready to rip and burn is when i fig. out also about the motherboard haveing to have at least 800 to run it .

This is not an easy system to acquire.  The staff are rude, and impatient.  I personally have been cursed at, and now even kicked off the site for no reason.  I have paid hundreds of dollars to reinstall their product on many occasions when I should not have had to.  Follow my link on face book under this article.  Mark Foley

What they advertise and try to get away with is "instructions" to DL karaoke media.  What you actually pay for is access to thier private IRC chat room.  What they are doing is what napster was originally built on.  However, if you do something wrong, say something wrong, they ban you.. (not my case.. but have heard this from other cases)..in my case i got my computer remote controlled by "BOB"  who is not this real persons name.. (do some research yourselves.. you will find out this too.. if you really want to take the time with it.. my former profession makes it very simple to do so)...he went in and changed my firewall settings, to things I did not want done,.. which then caused me to not be able to broadcast my internet radio show last night.  I didn't ask him to do any of these changes, he just up and did them.  (I had super slow DL speeds, they were trying to fix, even though I was DL mp3s in like 45 seconds at most)

After my intital complain email. I was immediatley issued a refund.. (after threatening them that I would report it to FCC, FTC, and BMI/ASCAP)  I was told to quit sending harrasing emails.. when in fact I only sent one... and just told them the facts of what happened, and what I wanted in return.. just my money back.

Do not use this product.  Do like most of us do anyways.. spend some money on actual karaoke companies who back their s**t up.  It costs alot.. but it's worth it.  Karaokeinfo.com in my opinion, is not worth the headache.  (I Never liked IRC's anyways.. they aren't as private as KI states them to be) For those of you who keep praising KI.. fine.. glad you like it, however, my other opinion is that they only want thier own kind in thier own little circle.

Spend money on real karaoke.. it far more worth it than this karaoke napster want to be

I am very surprised to have found out that Karaokeinfo.com was mentioned on this site. One time fee.....Lifetime support by a fantastic bunch of people. As for the computer requirements. I ran an old AMD 450 with Windows Millenium when I first came across this site. Everything worked like a charm. Remember when someone tells you it is a "guide" and to follow it "step by step", that is what should be done. If you follow and listen to all the suggestions Bob and his team will get you along the right path... Well done Karaokeinfo.com!!

plus Bob when you go to your new users form for support why should i rewrite to you what many other new users had aready wrote with the reply from you or your co. support side to them saying just simply go back to the guide for everything being asked reguardless of what problems the users were having....and as far as 800 on the mother board ....i did mess up there,i was meaning to say you have to have a processor of a min. of 800 to keep up with it to burn cdgs other wize you have to do it in 2 to 3 sec and then splice it all together....it isn't as simple of a process as you make it out to be...for the common home computer person that you are marketing it out to.

Outrageous. Teffany's only post at our support site was found in 'Introduce Yourself' and reads: "hello i'm teffany from ga" Our rebuttal: No 'membership' was purchased; We provide FREE support, advice and help to our customers; All customer testimonials are true and accurate; What on Earth "800 on the motherboard" means is beyond me; Our website clearly states the customer is buying a 'guide' -- to gripe that you received exactly what you were told you would receive is preposterous; I ran across this by accident - 18+ hours daily I spend helping people and now I'm responding to something that wasn't verified, researched or even passed onto us -- The last time I wrote a rebuttal at this same site was in response to someone that wasn't even a customer. Incredible.
