Kari a former employee of Disney has decided to do many of their characters plus more for herself. She and her staff do over 60 characters.All most all of them trademarked and owned by other people that is the main problem. And if you look at the picture of her cast they look like the characters but in a weird cartoon way. Being a former employee you would think she would no better then ripping off trademarks. Why do these people think all they have to do is get a bunch of there friends to do kids parties. It is not that simple. You need a business license for Each city you work in. Insurance for each person that is your employee. With holdings for taxes, So Kari if you are going to send out 60 characters I hope all your ducks are in a row for taxes on each one. If you use someone over and over they are not sub contractors they are employees. Under ground economy steals from social services. Foster care, Cps and head start. So the poorest kids in our nation suffer because people decide that this is a easy way to pocket money. Hope this is not the case for your company. Then the families suffer because they are giving out there personal information to people that are not real employees and there kids safety.What if something happens and they need to go to court. A kid chokes on a balloon. The leading cause of death in kids. Who pays? What if one of these cute characters burns your kids face with face paint . Kids faces are very sensitive . The kid is damaged for life who pays? Hire companies with all the right paper trail and have them show you it before they handle your kids. These are my personal opinions I am not a attorney just a mom who thinks about childrens welfare first. Don't want to lose my home or damage my kid because some person did not think to follow laws. We must think of these things. These people are not who they are dressed up to look like.
