I went to karl malone toyota to buy a RAV4L 2005 white pearl fully loaded said none in stock, they called around found one in colorado NEW! and would ship to karl malone toyota sandy,ut. they wrote up a contract of sale and i signed. when i got home i read the contract over they lied. at the top of the contract where it says NEW-USED-DEMO! it said USED!!! I paid full price for a used car and i didn't want a used car.... i had told my sales person i only wanted a new car when i first starting looking on their lot and when i talked to the closer told him the same thing... after 4 hours and being lied to this dealer should be punished they and nothing but pond scummmmm.!!!
