they charge you when you have the no automatic recharge turned on. Then you try to fix it and discuss it with some one and there is "no" one to talk to only a machine with no call backs only e-mails................and never giving you a result to your problem because you did not give them your session number which they could not tell me where it was!!!!

The advisor was wonderful and spot on!!!!

the problem is with the company, I know companies want to save money, but please, no physical customer service people to handle customers and customer complaints?

I guess they figure we will get tired of writing emails and just give up on our problem.................wrong

TURN THEM IN TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE YOU LIVE IN................................

 NOT having a physical employee to handle YOUR whining and problems IS NOT illegal. What YOU are suggesting is HARRASSMENT!!! THAT is illegal. Perhaps YOU should just NOT do business with them instead of advocating that the general public contact their states AG over something THAT IS NOT ILLEGAL!!!! Heres a hammer and nails, build a bridge and get over it. Its people like YOU that cause these businesses to no longer have a "voice" in customer service. YOU would whine your problem to them and demand THEY give YOU something for the percieved value of YOUR time. THEY no longer wish to give whining and mewling crybabys anything anymore. Businesses lose BILLIONS just trying to keep a customer happy. They no longer wish to do this. So they take away the physical person YOU want to cry to. This is saving them more money, money that is being used to gain NEW customers. Its money thats better spent in my opinion. As a person who runs a business I can tell you that the CUSTOMER is the biggest scammer. If you dont believe me, look it up. You can see it in almost EVERY report on this site. Some CUSTOMER crying about NOTHING trying to get something for free. They THINK that by posting on FB or RoR that the company they are whining about will pay them to remove a post. Well youre about 8 years too late for that. NOW its about PUNISHMENT!!! Why would any consumer expect a business to give them something for free when the business can just SUE in civil court. Businesses have MUCH better lawyers then the average consumer. So NOW instead of giving people like YOU their way, they just present a court order to which ever site that is being complained on and THEY have all the proof they need to take the person who was so spiteful online to court.

What amazes me is that YOU the consumer EXPECT someone to cry to. Its NOT hard to figure out.
