Complaint Review: Kasamba - Internet

 I don't agree with this rebuttal but I don't understand why people have to be so nasty this lady. Yes, you clearly do have a total misunderstanding of the site and happened to you happens to people of all colours, when they reject your profile they explain to you why and suggest how you can improve, so you follow the model in your own words. LivePerson/Kasamba would not deny one's registration on the basis of the race. Yes, there are people of all ethnic groups, races, religions, nationalities .... you name it. LivePerson/Kasamba does not "employ" psychics or experts, you sign up on your computer, pay a fee of USD $50 to register on the religion & spirituality section all others are free, you create your profile and after the approval you email some them some documents, you'll still be working for yourself and they will take commission of your earnings, you also set up a fee of your choice, so you won't meet them in person, they have offices in the USA, Europe, India, and I can't think of where else. They are there for you in case you have any problems like technical difficulties, underpayment, abuse, etc... I think you need to do your research and also learn to use a paypal business account is fundamental to get paid. This is not the only site on the internet there are others you can work and make some money such as: Bitwine- it's a lot easier than LP and you don't have to pay any upfront fees or submit any documents just be honest with your work and upgrade your paypal account to business if you have a personal one which is now free. I am on there so I know. There are others you can also try but I myself I am not there yet such as:keen, asknow, psychic source, oranum (I think they test your ability there but apparently it's not too heavy), holywood psychics, ImLive and I cannot think of any others for now. Don't expect to make millions on the first 5 minutes you log in but if you are persistent and stay logged on for long periods you will make money and build a clientele. I also suggest you create a free website on wixi, webs, etc see what suits you, also a facebook and twitter account only for this purpose, to post related topics chose a stage name and still keep your privacy. I hope my suggestions help, if you want to work online though

 Firstly, how dare YOU dismiss another persons rebuttal. YOU posted on a PUBLIC SITE!!! This means that YOU must suffer the slings and barbs of the consumers who come here. This IS of your own doing. YOU made the choice to post on this website. You CANNOT dismiss what someone rebutting even if you don't like what they have to say. Second.........Im STILL WAITING!!!!!!! Whats MY name?? Lastly....YOU claim discrimination. Yet YOU offer no proof other then your supposition. In THIS country you are INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY!!! This means that YOU can think whatever you like, but the moment YOU put this out on the web, YOU opened yourself up to potential lawsuits. See YOU may have the right to say whatever you wish, that right has a cost associated with doing so. By putting YOUR POST out there on the web, you have done two things. First, you have screwed ANY chance YOU ever had at being hired. Second, YOU have placed YOUR OPINONS out on the web as FACT. This means that if this group of "psychics" chose to do so, they COULD sue you for every dime you will ever make in THIS life.

You "psychics" are ALL total frauds and you know it.  You are the lowest of the low, preying on the weak and the weak minded and then when their money runs out, you kick them to the curb.  Get a life and an HONEST job.

You so-called psychics are even lower than polilticians and lawyers.  That's pretty low.

Unless you were the one reviewing my Application to Kasamba, your comment is Garbage as far as I am concerned...Who are you, are you Administration for Kasamba?  If not, what evidence do you have to support that my claim is not valid...?  I have had the experience, not you...I was never given a reason for not being Hired...So unless you were reviewing my files, I have been Disciminated on for some reason are another and only the Administration of Kasamba that reviewed my photos and application can give me a Valid answer and not you...Again are you the Spokes person?  Why did you find it neccesary to support something you know absolutely nothing about...Who are you to Kamaba...?  YOur statemnet is Ridiculous...Are they paying you to straighten out their Reputation are or you on their Balls for some reason?

I have worked through Liveperson/ kasamba for a number of years, and it is clear you have some misconceptions regarding the company and profile acceptance process.    The first big thing to clarify is that the company does not employ/hire the experts.   Experts work through the site as contractors, and kasamba/ liveperson receives commissions from the earnings, so for them it is basically the more experts who sign-up the merrier.    They do however have strict requirements for the profiles submitted, which are out-lined on the site.   The profiles have to pertain to the category, not have major spelling issues, or have any kind of content that is not allowed, links out of the site etc....  they will deny profiles for any of those issues.   You can always email them to ask why profiles were not approved, make the required changes, and then resubmitt them.  I have gone through that process myself many times.

    They would not deny someone on the basis of race.  Anyone who looks at the site can clearly see that there ARE experts/ readers of various ethnicities, including a very large number of experts from India and Middle Eastern countries.    Additionally, profile and picture approval are done by different people/ departments/ separate from each other, so the person looking at your written profile content likely has no clue what your ethnicity or even gender is.  They put pictures through some kind of sotware program that grades them on quality factors.  It needs to be a very clear, forward face shot without any pixalization in order for it to have the highest rating.  They do not even have a "not good" rating, so not sure what you are talking about there.  That would not be possible.

     I think what is most disturbing here is that you were so quick to blame something on race and gender discrimination, instead of simply considering that editing was required on your profiles. This is an online company that has not even met you in person.   Personally I think this claim is ridiculous, and obviously made by someone with a lot of misconceptions, and who simply cannot accept that there maybe was fault with the profiles that they submitted. 

I guess there really is Karma.  Not sympathy here, charlatan.

 A "psychic" complaining about not getting hire by a "psychic" scam agency!! If you were "psychic" then you should have predicted this! Where in Africa are you from?
