Katie Stebbins messaged me on Facebook and asked if she and Carla Wilkinson could use my male French Bulldog to breed Carla's female.  Carla and I have a signed contract stating that I was to get pick of the litter puppy if she used my male for breeding.  Their communication was terrible and they were very hard to get a hold of.  Weeks went by and then it turned into months and then all of a sudden Carla contacted me and told me that the puppies have died, all except for 1.  I found out through the AKC (American Kennel Club) that Carla attempted to register TWO dogs, one male and one female.  They owe me a puppy and will not return my calls/texts or messages.  I found out later that Carla had promised Katie a pick-of-the litter female so I know that the female is still alive, along with one male.  They most likely sold the other puppies unregistered without my knowledge.  Do not do business with these ladies, they will scam you!  I also have reason to believe that they run a puppy mill in Salem, Missouri.  I found numerous advertisements of many different breeds for sale all over Facebook.  Katie frequently comments on other's sale posts looking for unaltered females to breed.   When I first met Katie she told me that she didn't own a dog, and then I saw all of these ads for puppies for sale on Facebook!  Katie posts the photos of the different dogs for Carla and says to "contact Carla" if interested.  That is their scam, please stay far far away from them!

People should be able to comment on any issue without stacie butting in.

Stacey,

I was unaware that these ladies ran a puppy mill, I thought they were French Bulldog breeders, I did not know that they had that many multiple breeds of dogs until after I did some research on them.  I did not allow my dog to be used for breeding for a PROFIT, I simply wanted a puppy and that is what was agreed between us.  The only reason for me posting on this page is to help others from going through this terrible situation and to help those poor animals.
