I dont think you can call me a disgruntaled competitor...I am not
competing with Pamela...We dont even live near each other. And
from what I can tell shes not been doing much in the way of
dog show competing, her dogs are merely pointed, they are not
finished.
got him his title> So tell me please how you have come to the
assumption that Pamela is some competition to me. The only
thing that she can do in Idaho that has any effect on me on the
east coast is according to this complaint that i have made .
And, if your going to suggest that I am in the habit of simply
trying to make peoples lives more miserable...then please do
supply proof, or any information that you have of that activity.
However, the conversations that you have with Pamela are
filled with not so nice talk about this one and that one...in
fact, even here on this report she said some not nice stuff about
someone who demanded that she stop since they have never
even met. I think you need to redirect your pointed finger in
Pamelas direction on these charges.
Shes quite the liar you see...I am still waiting for this big
lawsuit she claims to have against me, I really am not at all
surprised that none has come, since, she really cant dispute
the vet reports IN A COURT LAW. Her made up excuses will
not float in court, she knows that. I was rather looking forward
to her trying to tell a judge that the report that clearly says the
puppy had a liver shunt, immature cataracs, verified of course
thru extensive testing was no more then a spider bite, that both
reports from two specialists are simply lying...that I all I am trying
to do is make her good reputation look bad by making alllllll of this
up. And I really did want to see her use that story about one
report was for a male dog, one report for a female dog and how
I was merely switching an adult male dog for a puppy on those
reports. And...if she was this wonderful breeder that you claim
she is...then there certainly would have been no problems, no
rip off reports if in fact she handled this situation
deal she and I had> with the ethics you claim she does posess.
by the way...I was able to locate the breeding information on
the liver shunt puppy. She was out of Lady Elvira and bocelli.
<sammy, thats the call name she uses for the dam> And, from
what I can see on her web page...Sammy has another litter on
the way. So much for her statement on how carefully she is
in insuring that her breedings produce nothing but genetically
sound puppies.

You must not be able to read. I am the victim...Shame on Pamela is more like it. If she was such a breeder of merit then I would not have this to tell. Its not the way she handles the sales that have gone right, its the ones that dont that is the issue. I am not going to continuously argue this point over and over...buyer beware, if you buy a puppy from her and if you have any problems with it you will get nothing but great frustration from her....and then...she will run around telling everyone how horrible YOU are.
As long as I am not dealing with her I have nothing to lose ...and certainly I am not even expecting Pamila to right these wrongs..it was a great loss, why would I want to go back and chance another one? Also, beware of her little trade deals...dont be so trusting like I was and send the papers with the dogs. Should Pam offer to replace the puppy, and the second puppy she owes me, no thanks I would say....you'll never get the chance to burn me again!!!

It's so easy to smear another's reputation! Diane seems to have personal issues with Pamela which she cannot resolve any other way. By failing to fulfill her contracts both verbal and written she seems to have placed all the blame on Pamela. I've known Pamela for many years and have several of her dogs as foundation of my kennel. They are all beautiful, healthy, and happy. Pamela has lived with me for a while so I've seen her interaction with all her dogs and clients. Adults and puppies alike are active healthy examples of the breed! No one is more meticulous in tracing breeding lines before selecting additions to her "crew". She makes sure that no genetic problems arise in her dogs' prodgeny. She tests them regularly for eyes, knees etc for any emerging problems. No one is more careful in constructing her contracts and more ethical when dealing with clients. But she is no fool! Do not try to cheat her or mess with her dogs! She does not react well! She's been in the business for over 40 years, competing in the ring very successfully, and her pups are competing across the country and winning in agility. She is definitely a breeder of merit!! Shame on you, Diane!

All is fine as long as you dont have any issues with her regarding the health of the puppy you just bought from her, or any issues pertaining to her ethics and standards behooving to a breeder of merit.
She is totally unwilling to accept vet reports, her way of responding is to spread lies about you, the vet reports also lie. She has no degree in vet. medicine and yet she diagnoses the problem to be anything and everything but what it is. In a nutshell she accuses you to be the cause of what the vets find as congenital.
I have total respect for Margie, but since this report from her in 2009, I am certain she has different views of Pamela today. I have personally encountered many who have had grievances with Pamela. Do not trust this woman, she lies and tries to make everyone but her be the villian.

I have known Pamela for years. She is kind and respectful. She would love to work with all papillon breeders in a freindly manner. Unfortunately she has been slandered and libeled by others who don't want her in the competition. No matter how nice she is, they are bitter and resentful. They do everthing they can, fair means or foul, to discredit her. They don't want her in "their" area breeding and showing her lovely papillons. Hence, they have resorted to use this site to lie about her. These other papillon breeders did even warn her ahead of time they would black ball her and try to put her out of business if they could. I am sorry Pamela has to put up with them but she is a very good person who takes excellent care of her dogs. Anyone should feel comfortable and happy to work with Pamela. She truly follows the Golden Rule. She treats others as she would wish to be treated herself. Sincerely, Margie

I have dealt with Pamela Schweigert for several years, have purchased dogs from her and have never had problems with her nor have I heard any adverse comments from her many clients. She is well respected amongst her peers, by judges in the show rings, and has been for decades since she was a teen with both her Papillons and Aussies before that. When dealing with any ethical, honest breeder first check them out with AKC and find out how many champions they've shown.... ask questions. Many website have articles about how to find a good breeder who checks their dogs' genetics carefully and deals only with healthy stock. Do they have a questionaire for you to fill out? This indicates a concern for their animals rather than just how much money they will make from them. Do they have a contract that must be signed spelling out the obligations from both the buyer and seller? This is legal and binding on both parties, All this should be done BEFORE money is exchanged! Before judging the veracity of this ripoff claim, I would want to know the particulars of the incident. When did this happen... what was the name of the dog...how much money was spent and was a contract signed? Until these details are included this remains an unverified, unsubstantiated claim that damages the reputation of a fine breeder!

Ummmm, the report does not even mention the internet at all. Also, this never happened. Someone is just making a fool of themselves going after breeder's they apparently don't think they can compete with on an even field and showing their OWN ethics in the process.

YOU NEED TO RESCUE PUPPIES FROM YOU LOCAL HUMANE SOCIETY. NOTHING WRONG WITH OLDER DOGS. THEY MAKE FABULOUS PETS AND YOU CAN BE SURE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTING FOR REASONABLE PRICE! WHEN YOU BUY SIGHT UNSEEN YOU CAN FALL PREY TO THE CLASSIC NIGERIAN PET ADOPTION SCHEME OR GET SENT THE CULLS OF THE PUPPY MILL --- OR SICK PUPPIES YOU HAVE NO RECORD OF THEIR VACCINATIONS,ETC. do not buy dogs sight unseen off of the d**n internet! YOU ARE SETTING YOURSELF UP TO BE RIPPED OFF...AND YOU DESERVE IT. IF YOU HAVE TO BUY A PUPPY, BUY FROM A LOCAL BREEDER NOT SOME GUY HUNDREDS OF MILES AWAY. YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT BUYING FROM A PUPPY MILL. YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE TO SEE THE MOTHER AND THE FATHER. USE COMMON SENSE AND SAVE CENTS ( AND LOTS OF DOLLARS TOO) AND SHOP LOCAL AND $AVE!

Katurahs Papillons is as honest as the day is long... Pamela stands behind her word and her dogs. Rob, or whomever you really are, if you paid a down payment like you claim, then never heard back from Katurahs Papillons, why didn't you email or phone Pamela? Where's your proof of down payment, what is the puppy's name, it's color, gender and age? You don't have proof and you don't know the answer to these questions, cause you never did business with Katurahs Papillons in the first place! If anyone is lying, it's you Rob, you're the Liar! Can't even give your real name... All you are trying to do is discredit an honest breeder. I find it rather interesting that there were more Papillon breeders reported, and all on the same day... And all linked through their pedigrees... Hmmm!!! How convenient.... Hmmm... I believe that the public is smart enough to read between the lines, check out the facts, the breeders, and get testimonials from real people, and then make their decisions... Rob, or whomever you are, you are a disgrace to the human race. Pamela doesn't have to prove here honesty, she lives it every day, and those of us that know her, know the truth to this story... Shame on you Rob!!!

I'm a breeder who has known Pamela Schweigert for several years now and know she does not do business like this. She has spent decades as an ethical and responsible breeder and showperson of gorgeous Papillons and Aussies winning many awards and championships with her dogs . Rob, you do not mention the name of the dog you bought, how much you paid for it, or when this occurred and you also have complained about another breeder as well giving the same information. Did you sign contracts with these breeders? Why did you not pursue this in small claims court to get your money back? When Pamela says she has never heard of you, I believe her not you!! It is very easy for someone to smear the reputation of a business and whether true or not, that stain remains. Right now there are some down and dirty back scenes moves being made by some less than honorable breeders against others in the same business. They cannot win and compete against them in competition so they are using these tactics and others equally offensive. Rob, I don't know if you are part of these shenanigans or not but unless you can offer some proof about your claims against these breeders, I say SHAME ON YOU!! Carol Wisconsin

FOUR reports filed on papillon breeders on 3/28? Here are some of the more recent reports in the last month or so. Why do you seem to have SO MANY problems with so many papillon breeders? At this point it would be a LONG way to believing you due to your other reports. Your claims are a BIT hard to swallow in them generally, and you never seem to actually get a puppy. There was this one; http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/426/RipOff0426320.htm and this one; http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/427/RipOff0427248.htm at least. In one, it was mentioned you may possibly be another breeder. What's the deal here? And again, you never got the puppy but it wasn't what they said it was? Makes no sense. AGAIN. *just my opinions*
