kays jewerlers birthday gift ring west mifflin, Pennsylvania
aound sept 5 2011,, my son in law bought me a birth stone ring, had it sized for 17.00,,, wore it for 3 hrs, band was very thin,, well it bent,,, took it back,,,, lady wanted a receipt,,, i didnt have one one because it was a gift,,,i gave her my son in laws name he has an account there,,,, i told them i didnt want the ring because the band was to thin,,, the lady told me i could come in & they would size it again ,,,i told them i already paid 17.00 to resize it ,,im not coming back every couple of days to have this done,,,they didnt want the ring back because i didnt have a receipt,,, i did give them my son in laws name clinton fine, to tell them he does have an account there,,,that wasnt good enough ,,,, i left the ring at the store,,,,my son in law went back to the store,, they said they dont know any thing about it,,,,, they have the ring,,, & they took the money out of his account,,,,, i will never step foot in that store again,,,, & ive told a lot of my friends not to go there
