To the staff in the office of Nomad Preservation....have there been "cut-backs" and lay-offs or all yall still employed?
We heard that there were many people laid-off in the office. If so, then how do you feel now about Sam and his "kindness" to keep you employed as a single parent.
Tell us, are you still defending Nomad, Sam, Jeff or whoever??....are they still your heros??
Everyone that has dealt with Nomad-KDS or whoever has become a victim of being ripped off after hard work, money and effort has made them lots of money.
So, does Sam, Jeff, or Chet go without a paycheck?....probably not.
I can bet that there vehicles have not been repossessed, removed from their own home, gone hungry, or missed a chance to enjoy the good things in life! They are still living very well on the money that we have made them!
You are right, there is one excuse after another and still no money....just empty promises. They bounce you back and forth from one to another like a ball and each one give you more excuses.
I wonder....will they continue to be able to do this to contractors?
When will Countrywide, Bank of America, or First American or NAMFS step in and stop them from continuing to use out money for their fun!
I place alot of the blame these companies b/c they also know we are not getting paid and they continue to send money to Nomad. So, it wont bother me when they find out that I filed liens on their properties! Maybe then Bank Of America or First American will hold Nomad accountable for the fraud that they have bestowed upon their contractors. As it looks now, Bank of America condones it...or just does not care as long as the work got done. So, Lets see if they care when the liens start showing up and they have to pay us off before the can get the houses sold!
What do other contractors think?? Sounds like a plan, huh!!??!!!
I thought so and it seemed like the only way to get it taken care of!
Still wondering if Nomad will have to deal with fraudelent charges filed? and...how that will turn out??
NEW Contractors- BEWARE....if they are loving you and being nice...it is because you are naive to the fact that you will not get paid and they are making money off of you!

I am a former contractor who is gathering information about Nomad. What do you know? I have the following names affiliated with Nomad: Sam ElHaje (owner, MI); Jeff Davis (Vice Pres, VA, PA); Chet Brooks (mgr.); Corey Bryant (IT, TX). Not sure if JB Wascom and Sheri Chipman are completely out of the picture.
Maybe if we can put our information together we can corner these slippery folks and prosecute them.
Post what you know and then we'll all know. You have to expose cockroaches to kill them!
