You have been very busy on DCAD.  I don't know who you are "Extree78" and I don't owe you $10,000.

You talk about Valley View and Mentor.  So what about it?  State your name and contact info. if it is true that I owe you Money, I'll pay it.

I owned Valley View for approx. 4 years and sold it.  I purchased Mentor from Chase Bank for $5K and walked away form it after 2 weeks.  BAD area. 

You make many Statements about me yet I have no Records nor have I ever.  Not sure who you are "Extree78, but I am sending this to my Attorney to see what he can do and find out who you are.

I hope you get your money back but somehow he seems to get away with ripping people off!!  I have seen it first hand... And he is one of the most hibitual liars I have ever met in my life..He is also one of the most unscrupulous people I have ever met in my life..In my opinion he has no morals or values and this "blessings out and blessings in" is just a way for him to trick people in to believing he is someone he definitely not!!!!

You take $10k and don't do the job. Get sued in small claims court AND LOSE  and don't pay what you are legally obligated to pay. You falsify legal documents repeatedly to Dallas County and violate Texas laws by making up a company that does not exist in Texas (Paydirt Aquisitions) <----- not a real company. Also sell property you are not supposed to sell until you have paid your debts but by creating a fake company to do your "due diligence" you make it look like to Dallas County you are in the clear. Guess What Keith I am on to you. I have built up so much evidence on what you have done with the house on Mentor Ave (yeah I know all about Mentor Ave) I also know all about Valley View St. Dao Family trust may own it now but they didn't prior to 2008 there buddy which means...I am coming after it, Mentor Ave as well. Pay me now or pay me later but either way you will pay. Texas Atty General, Dallas County are both about to be all up in your grille and I am gonna laugh all the way to the bank. I know you don't have any money. I know you know when you sold Mentor Ave in April it legally passes the debt on to the new owner. How do you think they are gonna feel when they find out I can come after them to collect? From the looks of that neighborhood I am guessing they will not be all smiles. Oh yeah your buddy John that you flipped Mentor Ave to before Emerald, he is on the table as well. Emerald as well. Just because they have a clause in the contract does not hold them harmless when it violates Texas law. The judgement is on your credit report. Anyone that pulls your credit can see you owe 10k. How have you managed to flip one house 3 times and no one pick up on it? how did you legally get Dallas county to accept Dao family trust on Valley View St? I know how and soon Dallas County will too. Hey Keith you know the 20 signs that hang from the ceiling in the Dallas County Records dept in Downtown that reads "Submitting falsified documents to Dallas County is considered a crime"? Yeah Keith I know all about the SEVERAL documents you have sent them. And you bet it is not easy getting them to do something but it is in the works and when it finally hits. Valley View will look like a mansion compare to a jail cell. Keith, pay what you owe and I go away otherwise trouble will find you. You have until August 31, 2011 to pay. You know who I am and you know how to find me I suggest you do it.**for those that think I have set myself up for slander or what not I can prove everything I wrote, I have all the documents.

 I spoke to Keith Devoe last week and after a long conversation he finally remembered that he stole the money from me. He said he was putting in the mail a certified check

ASAP.....never got it.

in 28 years in business i have never had a complant.  "as you can see"  I guess there is a firt time for everything.
This painter is a drunk.  I paid him half down and balance at completion. it took him 3 weeks to paint a 1,100 SF house and never completed it....  No more money for you paint monkey.
