Kelleher Motor Charged me and did not fix my car. I had more than one problem with them.
I took my car to Kelleher Motor to be fixed more than once.When I had an extended warranty the check engine light kept coming on and they said they could not find anything wrong.I guess they were not smart enough to know the lights might of been the problem.Then I took my car in for a leaky hose and picked it up later that night(asked them to leave the keys in it).I broke down a week later on the side of the road with a broken hose.It never got fixed because I did not want all the hoses replaced.My car was making a noise and asked them to fix it.I took Chad Berger for a ride to listen to the noise.The problem never got fixed but they charged me two hundred and twelve dollars anyway.I then took my car to a reputable dealer named CV Autoworks.They fixed the hose and the loose strut they charged me forty-six dollars and fifty-nine cents to fix the loose strut and seventy some to fix the hose.I then talked to Colleen Kelleher and she made a appointment for me to come in and talk to her.I spent one hour and forty-five minutes talking to her about it.Her head mechanic was there the whole time he told me that hoses did not leak they just burst when they go.I said what was leaking in my garage then.They asked me to bring my car back in and I refused to do so.I did ask for my two hundred and twelve dollars back and did not receive it whatever work they did do was not asked to be done.The work I did ask to be done was never done,and this happened more than once. Thank you for your help.I have written to the Ford Dispute Settlement Board,Colleen Kelleher,Ford Motor Company,and will be writing to the Better Business Bureau.I would like something done about this because there are more people in this town that have been ripped off to.
