Well after filing a report with ASIC, it appears that it is all too hard. ASIC are not interested as quote " these schemes generally do not involve the offer of financial products or services, and as such fall outside our primary jurisdiction" I also filed a report with the Queensland Government Office of Fair Trading they stated that they were looking into it and if there should be any breach of legislation then the responsible parties would be prosecuted, otherwise they suggested the small claims tribunal. So I guess at the moment these scumbags have everybody"s money and are living it up without fear of retribution. Don't you just love the democratic, capitalist system SJB

Hello, My Name is Patrick, and Unfortunately I have been sucked in buy their sweet talking as well as a good return and paid them $11900 on May 2007. Since my venture began with AFL/KENT WOODHOUSE AND ASSOCIATES, I've had nothing but false hopes since watching the story on A Current Affair and finding out what has been going on, I have been really upset by the way hard working ordinary Australians have been treated thus the reason for this email. I am wounding if you have taken the next step of starting legal action against Jeff Kent and his company? I really think the only way we have a chance at getting at least some of our hard earned money back, is by coming together and forming some kind of class action against KENT WOODHOUSE AND ASSOCIATES. I have no legal experience what so ever but I've been doing some research and have spoken to a few Solicitors in this field and they too even recommended this process. So if you are interested in filing a class action or if you are already involved in some kind of legal action I would very much like to be involved. If you wish to speak further please do not hesitate to contact me on the below information. Yours Sincerely Patrick Footscray, Melbourne Vic

Thanks susan for your support. Yes I have read all the other reports and gone to KIMBILIE and followed her example. I have sent off a letter of demand requesting the return of my initial investment. Now I am sending a copy of the letter along with the original documentation from this company to ASIC and the ACCC. We'll see what comes of all this.

Welcome to the ripoffreport...(this is fast becoming a meeting place to find nice people who have been thieved of their hard earned dollars by people who probably live it up in luxury hotels every weekend, wish I could do that).. I just logged onto my favourite website...thanks to Ed, founder of ripoffreport, we are able to express ourselves on this consumer website. There must be many more of us that have been stung by Jeff, Mark, Michael and co. The same old stories from these people about our statements, how our account SITS AROUND $X amount of dollars and being able to log onto our account via internet, is was just more and more BS. I feel really bad for all of you who have joined me on this path and know how you feel but I can assure you (and Michael and Jeff if you read this, no doubt, you probably wake at 2.00am to get your updates, I hope you end up insomniacs). I won't stop until something is done about this. I started with $1006.33 in August 2007 and in March 2008 I have $133.92...that is seven months of trading and my golden nest egg shrunk to a low $133.92. Have you taken any steps to follow this up. You are able to find some of the people on here by going to search engine and typing kimbilie. If you are interested in proceeding further. Susan
