Went to the Richards Ave. location, twice within a 45 day time frame.  The first time I ordered, was told the "orriginal" was not ready and would take 15 minutes.  Along with that, the guy at the counter that took my order NEVER finished it, by walking away, leaving it to be finished ( leaving me standing there with my finger up my butt ) by a 2nd counter person.  When the food came out, NOT 15 minutes later, but 20 minutes later, the chicken was PINK inside and not completely cooked.  Along with the RUDE staff, the NOT READY deal ( and it was lunch rush ) and the food undercooked, I made it a point NEVER to frequent said location AGAIN !!  Sadly, come a few weeks later, mother ( 86 years old ) who LOVES the chicken tenders begged me to take her there.  I did, but with a turned stomach in knowing the possibility of ANOTHER mess !!  GUESS WHAT !! It happened AGAIN. Only this time, the order was TOTALLY WRONG. I had ordered a #5 and the Chicken tenders for mother.  When I paid and began to walk away, I was told ( yup, you got it ! ) the orrignal was NOT ready and would take 15 minutes.  SUPRISE-SUPRISE !! Pissed ??? You know I was.  But for mother's sake, I sat and waited. ( a good 20 minutes ) When I was called to the counter, to get the order, on the tray sat 2, YES 2 #5 orders !!!! When I told the IDIOT behind the conter IT WAS WRONG, she got pissy with me and said, WELL SIR, THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED !! I told her NO it was not ( hey people im a college educated man, I speak and read english QUITE well. ) Instead of the fool saying to me, LET ME FIX THIS SIR AND GET YOU THE PROPER ORDER, she walked away and left me standing there.  DUH !!!!!  We ate the potatoes and biscut, BUT threw the chicken out as it was NOT cooked properly.  I said to mother, IM DONE with this place and KFC in general, and will NEVER spend a penny of my $$$$ within this company AGAIN!!!!

  I contacted KFC corporate a few day's later ( now over 2 weeks ago ) and insisted on speaking with the district manager, leaving my name, and contact info.  GUESS WHAT ?? TWO week has past and NOTHING from anyone.  As I told the FOOL taking my complaint report, if I did NOT get a response within a reasonable time frame, I was going to go ON-LINE and RIP their **** *** company to shreads.  So here I am, enjoying every word I type!
