Kevin Fox- HUD Making Home Affordable Kevin Rasher Kevin Fox is a scam, he makes you believe he can help you with your home through HUD Making Home Affordable but does nothing but take your money. I paid him a fee of $2500 for lawyer fees and closing Ladera Ranch, California
Kevin Fox is a liar and a scam! I paid this man a fee of $2500 as my attorney to help modify my mortgage through HUD Making Home Affordable but he never did a thing. After 5 months dealing with him and filling out form after form for him he told me that my mortgage company finally made a deal. He informed me they wanted me to start making trial payments of $1763 for 3-5 months, I paid these directly to him and he was suppose to be paying them directly on my behalf. After 5 months of paying him these payments he then had me fill out more forms and continue paying the trial payments until further notice. I continued to pay him until I received a letter for a lawyer that my mortgage company had obtained to foreclose on my home. Upon notifying Kevin about this and asking him why he informed me I needed to file bankruptcy to save my home, he never told me this was an option from the start. My mortgage company has no record or payment from Kevin Fox and has never had contact with this man and due to this my house was being sold unless I filed bankruptcy. I asked Kevin to get me his record of payments to me so I can prove to my mortgage company but he could not provide me with any documentation and has since stopped contact with me. DO NOT trust this man or do business with Kevin Fox or Kevin Rasher as he is a scam and you will lose your home.
