Mr. Kevin Tagiobon contacted me by phone offering Lead X Factor services after I responded to a lead generation services offer from Non-stop-LeadGen. I didn't know Mr. Tagiobon, nor Lead X Factor name, at that time.

After explaining what my company was looking for: appointment setting with potential partners for our software business. Mr. Tagiobon provided me with a proposal to run a campaign for a month and requested us to pay $1,700, the total cost of the campaign, in advance. The amount sounded reasonable, and paying in advance for this type of service is somewhat standard as well.

Before making the payment I've checked Lead X Factor's web page, and presence in LinkedIn, and even looked at Ripoff Report (I found only one appearance that was refuted by Mr. Tagiobon, and then agreed by the supposed victim which lead me to believe Lead X Factor was a legitimate business).

Also before making the payment I provided Mr. Tagiobon with all the necessary information to run the campaign and answered his questions in multiple e-mails. At that time he was responding extremely fast. I was getting answers in a matter of minutes.

After we transferred the requested money to his bank account in Philippines he just disappeared. I tried to contact him by e-mail in multiple occassions. Left voice messages in the Market X Factor phone. Sent contact requests into Market X Factor contact page. But, nothing. No response. At the beginning I was worried something may have happen to him. But soon I realized my company and I were victims of Mr. Tagiobon Market X Factor fraudulent actions.

After letting pass a couple of weeks without attempting to reach him, and as a last effort to restablish communication, I called into one of Market X Factor phone numbers in their web page. To my surprise Mr. Tagiobon answered the phone. Unfortunately, but confirming his intentions and behavior, he hanged up on me after recognizing who I was and why I was calling him.

I'm still looking for a way to recover my company's money but more importantly I wanted other small businesses like ours to know that Market X Factor, NonStop Lead Gen, and Mr. Tagiobon engage in fraudulent practices and that it may be adviceable to stay away from them.
