Complaint Review: Kevin Trudeau - Natural Cures.com - Elk Gove Village Illinois

With the help of ITC3 and the Elk Grove police department I fianlly received the refund I had been waiting for since October.

Have talked to 4 reprsentatives since January. First one said it was authorized and in the system and should be received in 1 to 2 weeks. Second representative 2 weeks later could not answer my questions, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she became frustrated and sent me to voicemail. I left a message plus sent emails to support, cancel and billing. Of course I did not receive answers to anything. Third representative, 1 week later, informed me that they were waiting for an authrization from Shop America before sending a refund. Fourth representative, the next day, informed me that the authorization statement was false and really tried to help me, but said the only thing she could do was go through the complete authorization again and it would take 30 to 60 days. Do you think I am being ripped off - I believe that they never intend to send a refund and hope I will give up. Sorry, it won't happen. Small claims court is next, now that I have the street address for ITV.

Today, January 12th, I also called 800-215-0063. Of course I reached a recording and left a message with all the appropiate information with a recorded message that customer service would return the call later. I wonder how long that will take? No matter, because I will call every day until I talk to someone. Unfortunately I waited over 60 days believing that they would refund the money as they finally did the first time. I am now considering a police report, Minnesota Attorney General. I have also contacted the Federal Trade Commission. Why isn't there a lawyer out there starting a class action lawsuit?
