Key Development RIPOFF when they rent you a house you have a hard time getting your deposite back the house was a junk when we moved in and I fixed Philadelphia Pennsylvania
Don't rent from key development corp in philadelphia because they will rip you off for your money and the houses they have need alot of repairs and if you don't fix it, it will never get fixed. They keep your money some or all. They have tricks. They don't pay their taxes or water bill and you pay the price.
