Khadine Kay Walmart Family Mobile Rips Off Their Customers Nationwide Nationwide
I have tried tirelessly to get a hold of their bill department to get a closing bill and have yet to hear back from them instead I am told they can't find me with the email address and phone number I provided. Btw, the phone number is the one the account is linked to and the one I still have.
their email doesn't work and constantly comes back as undeliverable. The customer service team has no authority to correct any billing issues sho, everythang has to be emailed or mailed and you will never hear back from anyone! Please stay away from this company at all cost!
i am also a good custo ER and never in the three years of terrible service have I been late on payments! I'm appaled and hope to get a lawyer and sue the heck out of this company!
