Kid 2 Kid Consignment takes good clothes & gives you nothing for them! Kennesaw Georgia
I took some very nice name brand clothes to Kid 2 Kid to sell for some cash. Had I known I was going to walk out feeling raped I would not have done it. First off, most of the people in the store was nice and friendly but the one lady with the short black hair & glasses which I assume may be the owner was not friendly at all she had a personality like a rock. Did I mention this store has not been opened but 1 or 2 years and it is under the second ower.
I took some really nice clothes in thinking I would get decent money for them and instead walked out with $8.00 they took everything but a couple items. Had I wanted a store credit I would have gotten $10.00. I sold a pair of brand new little girls tap shoes still in the box and do you know what they gave me for them and all the other clothes they took? As I went over everything that they took and what I walked away with it was about $1.00 or less for every item. Now, that is a rip off!!
I looked at their stuff in the store and there was nothing I would have my children wear from there. I would rather go to the salvation army.
No wonder the lady never smiles she know she is taking advantage of people. This place needs to go under!! What a rip-off. I will never go into that store again. I will also tell as many people as I know not to go in there.
They do not even explain how the system works they just have you fill your name & number out on paper and start screwing you over. I would have given those clothes to someone that needed them had I known that.

Understanding our computer system is a little difficult because there is not a set amount per item. It all varies on not only our inventory, but condition, size, and brand of the item. We are more than happy to explain anything more if you have further questions. We would love for you to come back and visit us and give us a chance to win you over. With our new ownership, things have changed and we'd like to think for the better. Come in and tell us what you think.

The lady in the report you were referring to is not the owner of Kid to Kid of Kennesaw. I am the owner and do sincerely apologize that you did not have a good experience with our store. I would like to clarify with others who may read this report and have questions. When customers bring items into our store to sell, we give an offer for the items we are able to accept. It is then up to the selling customer to decide whether they would like to accept our offer or decline our offer. If the offer is declined we then politely return all the items back to the selling customer. We do not force anyone take any offer. We understand our store does not work for everyone. We are happy to answer any questions our customers may have about the process either in person or by calling the store number during regular business hours. Owner Kid to Kid Kennesaw
