Understanding our computer system is a little difficult because there is not a set amount per item. It all varies on not only our inventory, but condition, size, and brand of the item. We are more than happy to explain anything more if you have further questions. We would love for you to come back and visit us and give us a chance to win you over. The lady in the report you were referring to is not the owner of Kid to Kid of Kennesaw. I am the owner and do sincerely apologize that you did not have a good experience with our store. I would like to clarify with others who may read this report and have questions. When customers bring items into our store to sell, we give an offer for the items we are able to accept. It is then up to the selling customer to decide whether they would like to accept our offer or decline our offer. If the offer is declined we then politely return all the items back to the selling customer. We do not force anyone take any offer. We understand our store does not work for everyone. We are happy to answer any questions our customers may have about the process either in person or by calling the store number during regular business hours. Owner Kid to Kid Kennesaw
